Cancellation Policy

For both online appointments and in-person appointments:

In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24hours before your booked appointment. Appointments cancelled at short notice will forfeit the payment.

Kindly arrive on time for your appointment. In the case that you may be late, it is counted as lost time as I may not be in a position to add the lost time on to the end of the reading (due to other appointments).

Gift Vouchers

• Vouchers are valid for a period of 12months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers must be redeemed by a person of 18years or older.
• The expiry date will be written on the voucher.
• Kindly redeem your voucher within this time period.
• As a voucher recipient you will need to contact Star Tarot via email / whatsapp / phone in order to schedule your appointment.
